Adelyn's latest feat is that she can climb up on and sit in her big sister's chair. The trick and funny part is of course that she can't get down! Her hair has gotten longer lately and Daddy likes to call her his little Farrah. We just can't believe she is already going to be one. It seems on some days like I just had her, and then well there's most of the other days where she seems like just one of the fam who's always been here causing trouble!

Addy's birthday extravaganza!

This is Jon. Adelyn was able to celebrate her birthday on three different days thanks to a spread out family doing their best in showering Adelyn with gifts, praise, attention and love. I can't believe Addy Bear is three, it was just yesterday it seems that all 8 pounds, 8.2 ounces of her were entering this world. Blowing out her candles on Grandma Debbie's birthday cupcakes. One rare moment where she's actually paying attention to the camera when Blue Grandma and Grandpa visited with Uncle Logan and Aunt Lyndsay. Checking out her loot: Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs DVD. She wasn't quite sure why Grandma got her this, but these are her new helmet, pads and gloves for something that would come the next morning. She did use the padding for protection while she and Delaney put the hurt on Uncle Logan. Singing Happy Birthday to our princess. Big smile from the birthday girl........ Throwin' dolla bills, y'all. Quarterly update from KTown

Spring sports with Delaney playing volleyball for the second straight year. This year was noticeably different as her league included fifth through eighth graders. Adelyn with her second year of softball. Again, a noticeably different level of competition. Delaney will eat anything, just like me. Food is fun, especially when you try new things. We're at the Crab Pot along the Seattle waterfront and we got a seafeast of salmon, crab, clams, mussels, shrimp, sausage and corn. It was deee-lish. Dee Dee and her shrimp...right before she ripped its head off to grub down. Kittitas day at the Mariners game. 80 of our closest friends from KTown in attendance. Took Adelyn and Brittany to Saltwater State Park. Adelyn loved the shells, crabs and the clams underneath the surface squirting water. On our way home, we got stopped on the pass for the roadwork blasting. Took the opportunity to snap a few pics of this beauty. Adelyn with my hat, a rain coat, pajamas, ten...
