Having fun in Great Falls

This is Jon. We made it a point to get a hotel in Great Falls with a pool just so the girls could play a couple of times.

I took this picture of Adelyn because she looked so cute in her new swim suit with a sarong. What I didn't expect was her to be flexing and Delaney to be in some sort of wild dance.

The girls would meet me on one end of the pool, yell for a "taxi!!!" and have me swim them to the other side where they would get out and march to the other end only to do it over, and over, and over again.

We crossed the Missouri River to Black Eagle to take in a little bit of bowling with Zach and some of his cross country friends. I had to take a picture of Britty since she lifts her leg very cutely (not a word, I know) every time she bowls.

Delaney was very focused with her strategy. She really enjoyed her pretty blue bowling ball.

Adelyn didn't care. She just enjoyed throwing something heavy.

The girls found the hand vent and proceeded to hang their heads over it so they would have their hair blow all over the place.

Guddat Family after a rousing game of bowling. You didn't ask, but I beat Brittany both times and she's a former varsity bowler. Of course, the fact that the girls were running around probably messed with her concentration a bit.

Quarterly update from KTown

Spring sports with Delaney playing volleyball for the second straight year. This year was noticeably different as her league included fifth through eighth graders. Adelyn with her second year of softball. Again, a noticeably different level of competition. Delaney will eat anything, just like me. Food is fun, especially when you try new things. We're at the Crab Pot along the Seattle waterfront and we got a seafeast of salmon, crab, clams, mussels, shrimp, sausage and corn. It was deee-lish. Dee Dee and her shrimp...right before she ripped its head off to grub down. Kittitas day at the Mariners game. 80 of our closest friends from KTown in attendance. Took Adelyn and Brittany to Saltwater State Park. Adelyn loved the shells, crabs and the clams underneath the surface squirting water. When Mommy's sick and Daddy's in charge...

...this happens... Addy is potty training (quite successfully and very quickly I might add) so she's pretty much pantsless 24/7. She doesn't usually wear Brittany's boots, though. That's Addy again, wearing Delaney's wicked witch hat. Don't know where she got it. Delaney and her sunflower she's been growing since the last few days of school. It finally bloomed at the beginning of this week...and Delaney's wearing Mommy's boots now.

Adelyn Blair turns 4!

This is Jon. We celebrated Adelyn's 4th birthday party over the course of a few days. Parents party, grandparents party and kids party. She was very spoiled. Can't believe this girl is four! Addy Bear with her new Barbie Bike. Two lovely ladies... Getting ready to dig in... She looks like she's ready to hit the town in her new outfit. A big boost in her piggy bank! My two girls lookin' cute. I think she looks adorable in these two pics!
