Three weeks ago we had Christmas...

...and I'm just getting around to posting the photos. This is Jon. The tree is down, decorations put away and school has been in session for two weeks, but it's time to revisit things with some photos of the Christmas season.
We were able to see Harold and Ardy on the Sunday before Christmas and the girls clung to Great Grandma Ardy. They loved telling her stories and sorting through all of her homemade bookworms. Adelyn is in the middle of some story about kindergarten.

With Grandma Sharon. For some reason we didn't get a pic of Great Grandpa Harold and the girls, but we had a good time visiting and just hanging out for a bit. We also got to spend some time with cousin Miles for his 1st birthday, but the kids were bouncing around that most of the photos were blurry, so nothing is post-worthy.
We also got to see Great Grandma Hazel in Tacoma.

This is Jon. We celebrated Adelyn's 4th birthday party over the course of a few days. Parents party, grandparents party and kids party. She was very spoiled. Can't believe this girl is four! When Mommy's sick and Daddy's in charge...

...this happens... Addy is potty training (quite successfully and very quickly I might add) so she's pretty much pantsless 24/7. She doesn't usually wear Brittany's boots, though. That's Addy again, wearing Delaney's wicked witch hat. Don't know where she got it. Delaney and her sunflower she's been growing since the last few days of school. It finally bloomed at the beginning of this week...and Delaney's wearing Mommy's boots now.

Quarterly update from KTown

Spring sports with Delaney playing volleyball for the second straight year. This year was noticeably different as her league included fifth through eighth graders. Adelyn with her second year of softball. Again, a noticeably different level of competition. Delaney will eat anything, just like me. Food is fun, especially when you try new things. We're at the Crab Pot along the Seattle waterfront and we got a seafeast of salmon, crab, clams, mussels, shrimp, sausage and corn. It was deee-lish. Dee Dee and her shrimp...right before she ripped its head off to grub down. Kittitas day at the Mariners game. 80 of our closest friends from KTown in attendance. Took Adelyn and Brittany to Saltwater State Park. Adelyn loved the shells, crabs and the clams underneath the surface squirting water.
